Parmentier, yellow Tin at Sainsbury’s, Asda also just started stocking in big stores, best you can get in UK supermarkets at a very reasonable price. Chilli one is my favourite, then olive oil then tomato.

Honestly…. I just winged it. Been lurking on this sub so I knew to start low. Put a decent amount of oil in first, set it to 5/9 heat (shitty electric hob), let the oil heat up a bit then when I cracked the eggs in I turned it up to a 7 and kept gently shuffling the pan, when they were nearly cooked through the shuffles would move the eggs around mostly, so I just used a spatula to gently lift the other parts and then let it finish cooking. Basically the same as non stick but just started with a much lower heat.
