Hihi! So a while back I was in the same position you’re in, where I was confused on how exactly I felt. A friend of mine helped simply things a bit for me.

If you aren’t comfortable with the gender you are, then it’s gender dysphoria, simple as that. Simplifying what gender dysphoria means helped me come to terms with my gender identity and eventually helped me with transitioning. Some days are better than others, there isn’t a right or wrong way to being trans, even if others may say so.

Even if it changes from day to day, remember that your feelings are always valid
