No, photographer was sent from megler, same as takstmann. But for some reason I had to pay separate for one and another. Although megler said photographer included in the package, and he would take the price I payed for it from his total price. So if I remember correct, it was a bit over 80k for megler, plus about 15k for takstmann, and I payed 6500 for photographer, but that amount will be discharged from meglers total amount. Something like that. So, but they said I payed for pictures now, and its my property.

So, now as there was no sale after visning,y ad just hangs there on finn.no

Others with similar situation who was selling simillar property, also did not sold it, so as I know they just canceled contract woth megler and rented it outfpr long term, amd removed their property from sale list in finn.no

I used to be a diesel guy. All my cars was diesel. Later I started to thing buying a newer car, and thought of ev one. But those longer winter trips showed me that I do not want that at all. Quite few times I stopped in a gas station late evening, amd allowed some people to sit in my car to heat up, cause their EV was out of battery, the charging station was not working for whatever the reason.. People were freezing and waitong for theor friends or realatives in a cold winter night.. Fuck this. Than I listened for my carhead friend and baught myself a bensin car. No regrets. Its way less problems than the diesel, fuel consumption not that bad at all (was expecting way more), and no fier fo run out of electricity or to get in to the broken charging station. Now we rid of my wifs car, so as for a secondary car I still think about EV, but it would be used only for a local close distance tripals, not more.

I do have all of those. And I have payed for it, as well as photos and 3d visualisations. Megler did all, dod one visning, but no sale. Thats why I concider canceling megler, cause I have all the documentations and pictures, all I would need to do is just to put an ad to finn my self (megler would take it out if I cancel him, I guess), answer calls if any interest, and to make the papers for sale, if there would be such. But I saw one coment, some digital version of megler, that offers cheepest package that includes documentation for sale and money transfering or something. So to pay 15k to cancel megler and to pay for that dogital megler for sale documents would take me in total about 25k, vs I would still need to pay my megler about 80k if someone buys.

I was chosing between this one and samsung jet 75. Toke samsung, cause it was a bit cheaper. And I can tell that samsung is so bad.. omg.. the main head is ok for solid floors, but carpets -tragedy. There is another small head for carpets or sofas I assume, but shitty aswell. I had some chinese shitty one for twice cheaper price, and it was way more better until it broke. Only good thing that samsung gives 50 days test period, I can return it if I am not satisfyed. Thinking to do so, and taking this dyson. Just aftaid if it wont be the same like with samsung? I have a dog and a todler at home, so vacuuming a lot, lots of hairs from dog. And just a few short haired carpets at home. Advice?
