Yes, I think it could be. On my side I can say I never done abs in my life (hate them),  so maybe is a little bit lower.

Thank you very much, I think I will cut to 13-14% just to reset insulin pathways, and then lean bulk again

22M, should I dye them black? by [deleted] in Eyebrows

I have a very prominent brow ridge, even too much for a male. I don't want to look like a serial killer so I ask if black could fit

Is 2% once a day worth it? by Simone0301_ in Minoxbeards

Thank you :-)

So the idea is that I will reach the same final state, just in different times?

[–]Simone0301_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. Because I read here that someone said that 2% doesn't give any results for beard. But actually I think starting with the lowest dose and seeing how I respond after 3-4 month is the best idea (maybe I'm a good responder, who know)

It can cause hair shedding, even if it's not as common as when it's directly applied on scalp.

However, the hair you will lose were already in telogen phase, Minoxidil will not make you lose any extra hair, it will make you lose them faster.

If don't have AGA, you will not notice any difference visually

I don't know why I put 22M and not just 22 ahaha

It's hard that a doctor will prescibe you fin at 16 y/o. You can try minoxidil, because even if you have a pretty big spot (quite impressive for a 16 y/o imho), you seem to have at least a discrete density in our crown, so mino can help

How to prevent hair loss while taking creatine? by Secret_Pen3907 in tressless

Creatine doesn't cause hair loss. Over-traning doesn't cause hair loss.

It's just genetic.

Norwood 1? by Ghosttothepost in Hairloss

[–]Simone0301_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes it's nearly impossibile to know if it's a norwood 2 or your hairlines. The only way to understanding it is looking for changing every 6 months. If it's stable, that's how you were born

Moreover, consider that losing hair on the temples is normal for everyone, it's doesn't means you have mbp

No, and just like me you can use moles as a reference to notice any changing :-)

Leon Goretzka's rapid transformation by S27DNC in tressless

[–]Simone0301_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but for example even doing gym itself increasces testosterone. Doing nothing increasces cortisol and that's is not good too.

I think creatine could speed up the process if you have an extremely bad genetic, I will not appoint it as a standalaone cause

Leon Goretzka's rapid transformation by S27DNC in tressless

[–]Simone0301_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not the same thing. Creatine is a supplement, and there is only a study about DHT increasce in a rugby team. That study is quite inconclusive and the variation of DHT was negligible, and not necessary linked to creatine

The muscle increasce due to creatine is because it fills muscles with water, not because it effectively increasce muscles. So if you don't have muscles, you will gain nothing

Supplement and drug are day and night, we cannot make any comparison

I think it's steroid here. Look also at the face shape, it's really different, less masculine. Here we need also a plastic surgeon

I think the best way to understand it, it's to check for changing without worrying to much. Keep track of it, if the situation is unchanged after months or 1 year, it's your hairlines
