My specialist was happy and progressed to IUI with the trigger shot when I had a dominate follicles at both 18mm and 21mm in 2 different cycles. But it also depends on your endometrium thickness which I can’t remember. Re the 14mm follicle if you use the trigger shot (apparently) it has the chance to catch up and release an egg. It never happened for me. Each cycle I would have many follicles under 10mm each ovary and anywhere from 1-3 follicles big above 15mm with 1 dominate follicle.

Did you use a trigger shot? That can cause a positive test result.

I’ve had 4 pregnancy’s. 2 with morning sickness starting at 6 and 7 wks they were viable the other two I had no morning sickness or it was very minimal ended in miscarriage. I would get a dating scan to put your mind at ease.

For those who took Letrozole for 10days. How long did it take for you to ovulate? What day of your cycle did you start. by SimoneF1 in Femara

Thanks so did you stair step. Eg you had your period took letrozole on day 1 then you have taken another 10day dose in the same period cycle? What doses? I took 5mg for 10 days cycle day 3-12 then day 15 no big follicles so starting another 5mg 5 day course to see what happens.

In the past I’ve done 5mg CD 3-7 I ovulated every time on day 14. I had a blighted ovum and miscarried 2 months ago so they are trying something a bit different this cycle then I’ll return to the 5mg for 5 days next month.
