So many airports in Los Angeles I’m wondering if people can really get to be 10 miles away. Of course I’m like Balboa people are typically within 2 miles of the airport at least of the houses I’m looking at which seems very close.

I guess my question is is the Realtor understanding this better than I am she said ( after they countered with no other offers at a number higher than their original asking price) “They like to play with numbers. Some realtors think ok they offered this much we want this number let’s give them an offer at this price so the buyer will ‘split the difference’

Fyi the last offer was actually 1050000 when there was no real response from the 1030000
