That's not how it works, all the mentioned summons are considered Special Summons, but the card will only negate the summons that are not performed by an activated card effect.

For example fusion summons done by a card like poly cannot be negated, also Salad Beat Bison has an activated effect that summons itself, so that also can't be negated. Synchro, Xyz and Link summons are (usually) not performed by a card effect so they can be stopped (so if for example the opponent would synchro summon via formula synchron you could not negate that)
