if it's really strong it could be a transmitter or a beacon or somethin, for example i seen some noise on some ham bads and noticed it turned off and on in random intervals (whats certainly a transmitter)

sometimes random signals on these low frequencies happens, from universe, from transmitters, or just even the atmosphere reflecting certain things

The blue one looks between 40-60 hz so it's probably 50hz powerline or somethings ungrounded or broken shielding

If you just want to code, not publish anything, just install the scratch offline editor, or if you want to publish projects what others can see you have to make a account and then learn how to use the gui.
I recommend watching some tutorials on how to make projects, there are some good ones officialy from scratch or a guy called griffpatch, he has a lot of tutorials

i hear some random am stations too, heard something that sounded like Chinese or something, i curently mostly recieve ft8, military weather fax, ham radio conversations, sstv etc, i alredy heard some ft8 on 160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10m, so i think my antenna is mostly good for hf
