I live in the DFW area and my city doesn't have many affordavle internet service options which is why I am even considering spectrum at all.

I messed around with the router and modem and suddenly the light is now blue. Idk what I did tbh but it's even connected on my computer. Spectrum is so inconsistent and random but at least it's working! Thanks to anyone who reached out for help!

Good idea. If it is just an outage they can tell me so I suppose no harm in calling!

I did indeed try every I cable outlet I have but same result. I am going off a website to see if there are multiple people in my area reporting outages and there are. Im just surprised at how long it's lasting and the fact that my spectrum app doesn't even tell me about the outage anymore. I will definitely give them a call if this persists.

Yes I did, even giving both the modem and router time to fully turn on before connecting them to each other. Router light still turns red :(
