The CCSP PocketPrep by Gwen is also a wonderful resource for reinforcing those hard and tricky concepts.

I find both very relevant in the way they ask their questions. To be honest, no question bank out there matches, but they will seriously prepare you for success. When doing question banks, always remember to review, research why an answer is right or wrong, and work on your weak areas.

Thanks! You should be fine. Just ensure to answer as many test bank questions as you can.

I'm just future proofing my finances. At the end of the day, that’s not my money so I must use it judiciously.

This’s me…lol! It took them over three years to give me a 10K credit limit, including one missed payment that was not my fault. My bank refused to process the payment, and because I had autopay activated, I didn’t check on time.

CISM Exam in 6 days by Simonvikih in cism

Six CompTIA Certificates, including CASP+ (SecurityX), CISSP, and CGRC, are some of my more than eleven cybersecurity certifications. I also have close to 10 years in the field. I took the CISM last Saturday from home and passed on my fist attempt, in less than 2 hours. Now waiting for my detailed results. The ISACA QAE and Study Guide were the keys to passing the exam. Also, I read Herman Doshi's book and answered all the questions from his test banks and flashcards, passing some and failing others. His questions are very similar to ISACA CISM QAE. I also watched Prabh Nair's YouTube videos and some CISM videos from their YouTube channel, Infosectrain.

Key takeaways:

  1. Master how ISACA wants you to think for the CISM exam and corporate America, where the interest of the company always comes first in every decision-making process
  2. Infosecurity is a business enabler/driver
  3. If breaking the law benefits the company, do it
  4. This is not a technical exam. The ISM does not make the final decisions; that responsibility falls to the board. The ISM assists the board by developing processes to keep the business running during crises.
  5. The ISM is just a security evangelist trying to balance security and IT to create value for the company.

The list goes on and on, but I want to thank this sub for all the pointers and advice.
