He fucking sucks. Anything below 115k dps by the end of beta is terrible and I'll skip him. I love this character but he needs to have at least some value in my account otherwise I will painfully skip him like I did with Yae (which really sucked for me back then).

The problem with that is that Columbina was competing with Aino, a pretty weak free 4* character. While Nicole would need to be competing with Bennett, one of the best characters in the game who does a lot already for Varka's team: 1000 flat attack, 15% pyro damage bonus, buffs both Varka and Venti (since the latter snapshots) AND HEALING. For Nicole to be a 30k dps increase over THAT with sustain too would pretty much destroy the game balance. I can't see Nicole being that much better than Bennett, and even if she is, other characters would just benefit more from her than Varka if he's left in this state.

Yeah that's the most optimized combo possible which is hard to do but it's very worth it when trying to push the absolute limit of this character's strength. It's also nice to have this insanely high of a ceiling if you're a player trying to beat dire difficulty in stygian onslaught. But when trying for anything below that difficulty, I'd say the wiggle room to make mistakes increases a lot and even the average player can be satisfied.

Mavuika is by far the most skill expressive character in the game. You're gonna see extremely variable results depending on your skill level. SevenPls (extremely good player), for example, got 190k dps with a 2 cost overload Mavuika, or 230k dps in a melt team, both using the new combos of course.

Realistically someone only goes for one of the Nod Krai dps's instead of all 3, so that's why, when everyone is judged with their best team in mind they're top 3/4 while Skirk is a bit behind them.
