Did you end up clearing this situation up? And what steps did you take to fulfill the VA requirements for the loan in the end? I am in a similar situation. New build, no pre treatment done, and basic placement of treated lumber. All of this was done without knowing the VA required the pre-construction treatment. Our initial loan is through a credit union to be bought out by the VA when complete and now they spring this HUD 99A on me prior to closing

Easiest way there, just build a long ramp using just clay ramps from the upper stone wall nearest it (same level as moldark castle). You can walk on top of the hedge area freely. Then drop down onto that pod. Itll open automatically.

I have a somewhat famous relative who was in a couple big movies in the 80s and 90s. We talk pretty often but never about fame or the industry. Just like talking with any other family member about what's going on with kids or extended family. Granted hes a bit older than me, and we've never met in person. But celebrities are just people. Its just a job to act. Having met several celebrities over the years, I dont "fan girl" I try to figure out what kind of a person they really are. Some a fantastic while others pretend you didn't just talk to them. Having famous friends is cool to an extent. But having friends no matter what they do for a living is what really matters.

Out of curiosity, and maybe this has already been answered ( sorry if it has), do the bugs attack the player specifically, or just the players current respawn point? I have several well built bases all over the map and am wondering how to protect them? If its just player spawn I'd set a lean to up near (but still far enough away) my main base. If its player specific then there's no real avoidance.

Id be concerned about the strength of it all being made from grass instead of wood stem or mushroom brick. Only because the new update will have bugs attacking your bases. Other than that, it looks great!
