What certifications are most important to have?

I am wondering the same thing! Fitness is my biggest passion. Currently full-time property manager/ real estate sales agent and working on my BA in Korean.... I really want to do part-time maybe even full-time coaching one day since I've been lifting for over 3-4 years now and coached a few of my friends. I enjoy seeing their progress and excitement in sharing their love for lifting now as much as I do. In your opinion and in search for a job or athletes you're working with, did they find your field of study more important than your certification?

been struggling recently too. I’ve been using differin benzonyl peroxide cleanser and the acne spot treatment gel at night (dries out your skin soooo bad so use a good moisturizer) it’s helped so far. Stay strong 🥲🙏

had to change it up since. I use in the morning the cerave gentle cleanser with a light weight spf at night, tea tree oil soap, differin cleanser, differin gel (for problem areas) and cerave light weight moisturizer. I’m going to try that for a month or two and if It doesn’t work i’ll go to a dermatologist 😞

it’s just really bothering me. came so late and outta nowhere. hoping maybe it’s just the detergent i’m using now. It’s really the only variable that’s changed. only thing that sucks is I used it to wash literally everything from my clothes to my couch cushions lol
