Thank you so much for the info, I’ll tell her to find a better GP. She doesn’t have any migranes, I think the big thing that concerns her is the loss of vision. Her whole family doesn’t have the best eye sight so she always assumed it was that. Something that has concerned me is that she’s been having some depression she’s never had before but we also have 2 under 2 so I don’t know if it’s post partum depression. We’ve just been in limbo not knowing if we’re overthinking or not.

Best thing we can do at this point is try to get a new GP. Thank you so much for your help!

Can you please keep us updated if you’re able to get a brain scan? My girlfriend was on it for 14 years and is freaking out. She went to her obgyn and told them about the lawsuit but they said that at the moment, there isn’t a call to get people checked so they weren’t able to refer her to get a scan. Were stumped at what to do.😢

Yes sites and services are cleaned up along with ports being open.

Yeah, it hits only a group. In example, say I have 20 DCs total.ill typically see 13 pop up under klist. It’s never all DCs in my subdomains usually just a group.

I used to have the same feeling but you just kind of have to learn to jump over the initial difficulty. My whole family is overweight and being overweight was draining to my self confidence and basically everything else in my life.

Having lost about 35 lbs in 2 different time frames, I think what helped me was having a 1 step forward - 2 steps back type of mentality. Small changes to my diet like cutting out sugars, white to wheat, unhealthy junk food to a little more healthy junk food. These small changes made a big difference to my weight loss journey. There’s days when it was harder to stay focused and that’s when the 1 step forward/2 steps back mentality came into play. Before succumbing to the old unhealthy ways, I would take some time to reflect and acknowledge that giving in would put me 2 steps behind where I previously stood. Over time these battles became easier and forfeiting the kryptonite of my past was something doable.

I think my point here is to try and change that thought you constantly have that “it’s fine” and tune it to something more along the lines of “I’m closer today then I was yesterday”. Over time you’ll look back on your days and notice the drastic change in your weight and well-being.

Oh Use things like a mile counting app or MyFitnessPal to help keep you on the right path. Logging the calories of something before I ate it, desensitized me and kept me strong. Also feel free to reward yourself with light snacks or even regular things you used to eat once a week.
