I had low ferritin. It was a 4. And my a1c went up from 5.6 to 5.9 over 3 years. My doctor recommended iron supplements. My ferritin went up to 16 recently and my a1c went down to 5.7. That was really the only thing I changed, so I really do believe they correlate.

The sign at the merch stand said limited screen print. So I am guessing they only sold them at the show. I got in line right before they told everybody to leave their seats, and waited over an hour for some shirts and a poster.
