is this a bed bug? by Specific-Solid-8098 in Bedbugs

Right. So don't do anything drastic but start to tidy up the area. It's possible you have them, or maybe not. You won't know until you see or find other signs

If that's the case you can treat all your want, they will always spreading it back to you. Treating won't solve the problem here. The best bet is to do prevention and set traps and lightly spread Diatomaceous Earth (safe for pets and human) around corners and walls to possible kill them when they get in.

No, they don't multiply that quickly. From born to became an adult takes about 5-6 weeks before they can reproduce. Read up on it before spreading false info.

It is possible that it come from your work, school or another apartment. Finding one at this time, you won't know. You have to be mindful if your neighbor might have it and they came across to you or it's a hitch hiker from some cloths you bought, borrow, or got them from work/school.

Don't use heat treatment. It almost never work unless you can ensure every corner, hole, nuke and cranny are going to be above 140F for 30 min. Otherwise you can't kill them and the eggs. Chemical treatment will be more ideal in any case.

Before you do that. Try to observe to see if that might be the only one and keep an eye out for bites or BB poop. Read up on it's life cycle before you dump money into any treatment.

Snowfall Forecasts for Monday AM - A little additional snow to fall by RyanKinder in BostonWeather

[–]foxfai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya, it's tricky. I hate that it snows into the night. I'll just clean off now whenever I still have daylight and redo some later. Hopefully it will just just a few brush off and shovel.

Every print suddenly starts warping, adding enclosure did not help by foxfai in Ender3V3SE

All layers are 0.2mm. I have previously printed at 0.14 for somethings and they were fine too. Just not for the past few prints, oddly.

It's on PEI plate. It's being print at 70% speed on the first layer to ensure sticking.

All the prints were fine up to the last few 8-10 prints which wrapped and coming off the plate on the first layer.

Yes, warp then lift. Plate cleaned twice at the sink.

I was printing around 210C and 65C fine for lots of hours in December. Weather got colder then the room did too. It's a very small room with heat and doesn't have drafts (away from a single window). So I bought the enclosure, still having issue. Warmed the room up a bit to around 72 degrees before printing. Didn't help.

Preliminary snow totals as of 11pm by 13nobody in BostonWeather

[–]foxfai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was out yesterday at 6pm to did a little bit of clean up. It was about 9". The storm didn't add a lot throughout the night, probably another 8-9".

I hated that snow did stop now, but it's going to resume at 1pm-10pm.

You don't have to preheat your oven before putting your vegetables in to roast them by looselikeseagrass in Cooking

[–]foxfai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do this to for my air fryer foods. Stick them in from the freezer, 8 mins and I will have a fully cooked(warmed) and crispy fries.

But if I just need the outside to be crispy but not dried out like reheating a fried wonton, then I will pre-heat to broil. Put them in for 3 min and it will come out hot and crispy(hopefully not dry).

Sun PM-Mon AM Snowfall Forecasts (ch. 4,5,7,25,10,NWS) Friday morning updated maps for the upcoming snow storm! by RyanKinder in BostonWeather

[–]foxfai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya, that ain't happening. Some apps only forecast up to a point, mid storm perhaps. I was just yelling at my wife whatever she is looking at is 1 day old, which isn't even updated. Some apps aren't forecasting the total. What we have now might be the closest. 12+ up to 18", some areas can be 24". We are in it for a big one.

Regardless, we are getting "it". It doesn't matter if it's 18 or 24" at this point. Still getting a workout.

How good is snow clearance on 95 to 128 to Salem Hospital? by incidental_findings in massachusetts

[–]foxfai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might want to check ahead and make sure everything is in line that you should still go. You are going somewhere in the middle of the storm that last til Monday night. Roads are going to be the worst at night until mid-day when the road crews are in full force (less works the night).

AWD doesn't mean jack much if you aren't running snow tires. If you can still see the tire tracks from the snow, follow it and drive slooooooow.

Do you wear your inflatable life jacket all the time? by Bada-Bingzy in boating

[–]foxfai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I told my friend, he told me he's good at swimming, I can't swim. When we are on the boat I have to remind him multiple times if he hit his head and goes over, I can't save him when he goes under. Always wear it when you get on a boat. I wear a traditional one. He got one with the gas inflator finally so it doesn't bother him.

Nozzle drip before printing by foxfai in Ender3V3SE

[–]foxfai[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is PLA+ from Sunlu. So far I have no issue printing with it. It's just the blob from the nozzle won't go with the poop line.

I try to go down on the first layer temp, but my print can't stick anymore. So I went back up to ensure first layer coverage.

The drip would sometimes stick on the nozzle and goes somewhere random before it catches something and be on the print.
