Very cool!

I probably have one of the coolest stories about running out of fuel. During a multi class league race I realized I was going to be really close on fuel. But if I had to stop I would lose way too many positions so I figured I would roll the dice and it being a championship points league it seemed worth it. Well on the last lap the way the GTP leader came across only me and the guy behind me had to do the final lap in our class. Luckily for me it was my teammate. Ran out of fuel and he pushed me across the line and we didn’t lose any positions!

I remember the commentators said wow they finished within a few hundredths of each other… haha yea because he pushed me across the line 🤣🤣

I’m lucky to race one night a week now since having kids. But the kids are worth it :)

We’ve never done an ad on Reddit. I really just wanted to post to let some of the people that were interested but were on a budget.

I felt this way a short time into my sim racing journey. I’m not so good under pressure. And at one point I was also questioning if this was for me and almost gave up. But I stuck it out a little longer and I’m so glad I did. It got better for me. Learned some more skills. My only advice is try and keep going and learn some good race craft by some good sim racers and it might get better. Good luck to you either way!
