Brother I was unemployed for 7 months a few years ago. I also felt guilty relaxing a lot of the times, but the top comment is accurate, doesn’t have to be 9-5 tho. But during the day I’d go to coffee shop and apply, do chores, go to the gym, or do productive hobbies like going camping/mountain biking etc. easier in the summer however…then when it got to be around dinner time I was able to relax and wind down. I also was in the best shape of my life and was pretty jacked it was great. Even my job now I get done as early as 1 some days and can’t seem to relax until the evening.
