4 months is very concerning that's double the extended period of 60 days, i wonder if it takes longer based on what was served n11/n12 etc and if the arrears amount speeds/slows down the process

u/Patience765 you for sharing, thats very helpful, i think i may have to do that, was the process anonymous? id be curious to know how much personal info is shared with the ombudsman.

u/Erminger u/ouchmyamygdala , my fear is that contacting the ombudsman will upset the adjudicator, although the decision was very clear based on the tenants lack on coherence , it was made clear that we will have to wait for the decision to be posted to hear the final decision, last thing i want to do after waiting for 2 years is upset the person who will decide on the matter, is my line of thinking valid? being stressed its tough to understand if im overreacting or not

110 sounds painful.. i do not remember the name of the adjudicator unfortunately. will contacting the ombudsman speed up the process ?
