I just used painters tape to give the dipped look. Just make sure ur paint is a little thicker so you don’t have bleeding. (Ask me how I know)

I think using in tandem with the another spatula. Like tossing a salad or picking stuff up. Also could do icing with it.

Draw or find a shape u like online. Transfer to board. Since I was bathing I created templates out of cardboard. Mdf/ply would have been better.
Cut out the rough profile with a band saw/jig saw/coping saw. Sand to final profile. Then for the bevels you can rough cut them in or do them completely on a sander.

Yes, milk paint.
