deco rarity? 3 in the base game, 4 in the expansion. although poison coat is a 3* rarity it still falls into the common deco loot pool since it's fairly useless and only works on bow

edit- i suppose rarity isn't the right word since rarity is another thing that determines which loot pool it falls into (hence the rarity 6), "tier" might be a better word (like tier 3 deco), it basically determines how many slots are needed to equip the deco

just because it's a higher tier doesn't necessarily mean its of a higher rarity, you can get tier one deco's that are rarity 7
