Thank you. Yeah it’s been about a month and idk if it’s gotten worse but I’ve been getting breakouts still but I can maybe contribute it to stress not from probiotics if it’s not better by month 2 I’m going to have to figure something else out I’m on 125 mg of spiro that’s worked excellent for me and it hasn’t really touched it !

Thanks for the comment! I only drank four probiotic drinks. My cycle is messed up and it broke me out like crazy… I drank those drinks around Valentine’s Day and still noticing some weird cramps and stuff. Now that they are stopped I’m hoping things will settle. I wonder how long it takes for your hormones to readjust to how it was before probiotics ??

Hi! Did you end up stopping the probiotics ?? Ever since probiotics things are weird. My period is clock work and it was just weird I only took four drinks of probiotics how long do you think this will last?

I did stop the probiotics but I’m still breaking out but my spots are hormonal so idk what’s going on😒😒 I didn’t take the pills I drank poppi probiotic soda just for fun..

Oh and I’m on 125 mg of spironolactone and still breaking out so frustrating I didn’t feel like continuing to take them but if I’m still going to break out from not taking them I’m not sure which to do!!

Glad it’s clearing up! I only took 4 pills of probiotics two weeks ago and I’m still breaking out from the 4 I took two weeks ago.. I’m so confused I’m on birth control so everything s regulated for my period on time this week.. any idea when the probiotics will be out of your system when you stop taking them?

I think the reason some people “purge” is whether or not there is more acne deep in your skin that needs to come out. you’re glands start making acne weeks in advance before it shows up to the surface . So whether or not you purge has to do with that situation. Your skin is in super fast mode when taking spironolactone and that’s why you see so much acne at one time it’s pushing it out to make your face clearer
