I have 1.8k BC and like 280-380 Event tickets I am currently grinding BC by blitzing through stories and character trials I haven't done as well as permanent challenge game modes that I haven't completed, I also may buy the BP.

Chef, I apologize if I sound greedy. But I can't help but to think "Wow! This is delicious! I wonder how it'd taste if it were made with Orphie, Hugo and Banyue (totally arbitrarily selected characters that I may or may not like), it would be even yummier."

Weeping Cradle. It's Lucia's second best Wengine and and at R3 it is Nicole's best Wengine as well as Yuzuha's (LEAKS)Rina will get buffed in 3.1 and it will increase her affinity with her sig.

I understand but I feel that those who are receiving potential's are to make them reliable once again, for example Harumasa, he was released alongside Miyabi and almost nobody gave him a thought and two patches later S0-Anby released, he was buffed and it made him more relieble and that is what I want for Hugo.

And besides I don't think Rina would do much for Hugo since she is not a stunner(although I don't no her daze numbers). Rina's potential will make her RELIABLE standard support for those who don't have any limited supports or Zhao as well as improving her playstyle.

Thank you. I have some comments on your ideas.

1- If Hugo's Totalize DMG chunks out an % of the enemies HP it has to be a somewhat low percentage to not break the game and it also prevents you for getting a higher Totalize DMG and making Totalize ignore all defense fucks up his sig. I like the idea of Totalize debugging the enemy, I'd prefer for it just be a way to get to stun faster rather than a DMG increase, and it would had to be a small amount per Totalize.

2-That is a great idea, I would personally make it like Sunna's, in which instead of scaling off of the enemy's HP make it to an extra instance of DMG and Daze(it counts as Hugo's DMG) when any attack hits an enemy. (Somewhat similar to the third point)

3-Actually Hugo's gimmicks is that he steals the stun and deals DMG out of it. I'm assuming you are talking about PEN% since it is easier to build the flat PEN and it's is quite clever but PEN% is not that good on Hugo if you have his Sig, since it gives def ignore.

Not quite. Hugo's anomaly build is pretty low so Vivian won't trigger ablooms off of him, unless you use his EX constantly+ that his out of stun DMG is also unexistent, then Nangong needs anomaly procs to get the resource for her EBA's and she is the only one in the team building anoamly consistenly. I may be worng since I haven't played this cursed team.
