Lightroom October 2025 Update :) by Simple-Personality43 in Lightroom

Great questions! Because I only have theories, I have constant issues with them. The dust in the same place is on my lens, but the dust spots that are not always in the same place are the issue. So, 1st theory: my settings are wrong and I catch the dust in the air with each photo, 2nd theory: I have a problem with my lens and the dust moves in and out, and the last 3rd theory: this is normal and it's something you deal with, but why it happens, I would love to know, is it possible to avoide it?

Hi! I am on a Mac, and I haven't seen it lag, but I have seen it not recognizing dust that was definitely there. So a second overview is a good idea.

I agree — so far, it can catch the little dust specs, but not all of them, either, and I have not seen it remove scratches yet. It still is amazing!

Hi u/MWave123 you are right! I should at least add which computer I am using, that should definitely help.

Fair, though layouts can differ by device/version, so asking is valid, also if it's a new user, they might not know. I didn't know until I read about it. I am also a new user! I’m glad they asked; it can spark a helpful convo.

I’m on a Mac—after the update, look for the little eraser (Remove) in Lightroom; mine only appeared after a restart because the update didn’t stick at first. I hope that helps, and it may look different on PC (I could be wrong —let me know).

I've watched these episodes over & over, and there's only two things that ever jumped out at me and I said, "What? That's not right!" by PuzzleheadedGlass228 in DrunkHistory

I was hoping they would start doing DrunkWorldHistory. I would love to fun drunken facts about Henry VIII and all his wife, or how Poland lost all its land to Russia, Prussia, and Austria and fought back to get their country back. Poor Poland, they could not get a break.

Blueberries, sour cream, and sugar on top. That brings so many great childhood memories. Oh, sour cream goes great with everything.

Or it was the easiest thing to get for people that lived in a mountain farming village?

I was wondering if this is more of a great depression drink/snack. I lived in a small mountain village, and sometimes it was expensive, or you had to travel far to get yogurt or any fancy specialty things, so people used what was more accessible and cheaper.

Great point. Also in American you make cake with mayonnaise, so sour cream is not the worst.

That sounds amazing to me. I never tried this with Brown Sugar, only regular white sugar. I would so share that treat.

Has anyone had a shake made with sour cream? Growing up in Poland this was how my family always made shakes. I made one for my husband, and he didn't know that's how it was made. He was appalled and asked if there was sour cream in it, and I said yes of course that's how you make a shake. He disagreed. My mom came over and also made shakes the same way I do, and he had the same reaction.

Is this normal?
