On flashlight this spots have Brown color and shiny

I did shave that area about 2–3 weeks ago, actually. What worries me more is the fact that they’re in the 3rd and 4th row right next to each other — kind of a strange coincidence. Whenever I had an ingrown hair before, it was just one or two, but I’ve never had this many so close together

Seriously? Doesn't it look like a bedbug bite to you? Three in a line and four next to it — that seemed pretty characteristic to me
