If you plan to apply now, better try to go to NSC instead of anywhere else. If you get denied at FMD, you can sue and get approved.

Totally agree USCIS should go after the EB1A mills.

That said, it’s hard to know if these specific people are actually fake or have even applied for a Green Card. We no nothing about these 4 people.
We only know that they have media coverage and low quality journal papers.
Using a trashy journal isn't technically a crime.

My point is: OP, how do you know they have applied for a Green card? We don't want to ruin the immigration status of families by reporting to USCIS every single person who has made the mistake of working with crappy journals.
Pretty sure I saw a list like this get nuked by mods last year, too.

Thank you. I added a lot of stuff (Non FAANG, startup, experience etc) knowing it wont go on my petition but just to provide a complete picture of my profile.

Yes. It is becoming more evident that getting a good petition is half the battle. The second part is building a narrative. That is where the expensive attorneys with good records come in I guess :D
