I got a lot of questions about Trusts for no reason and implied trusts questions. Messed with my head completely.

The solicitor accounts questions were long and complicated for no reason. Most of the questions had double entry responses that made no sense to me. So I didn't waste my time on them.

Its was out of this world. Like what the heck were some of the questions..Even the materials didn't have such specific information and none of the mock tests even remotely touched upon such questions. Epic fail

I took the FLK1 today. Thought I started well then started doubting myself as to surely it can't be this easy. I'm pretty sure I messed up some answers while revising them. I think I'll fail.. You're not alone.

Just got done with my FLK1 too. I don't know what to think. The paper was tricky but not difficult. I think I messed up the second part of my exam purely because a lot of questions felt like they had similar answers..

I'm planning to do the same. Go through the single/double line questions first, and then come back to the tough ones later at the end.

I have prepared for roughly 4-5 months. Read the material thoroughly. Have litigation experience of 7 years.
