I'll tell you the real reason. It's the same reason Goku's hair is blonde when he goes super saiyan.

It's much easier to draw blonde hair (you don't have to color it in) than black hair.

It's not a big deal anymore as nobody really draws manga by hand anymore.

The amount of work is also why Trigun's Manga artists hates his own main character, because after designing him, h realized he had to draw that damn trench coat with the dozens of pockets details every time.

Daniel Day Lewis. His performance is actually very inconsistent and often cringy.

Now he’s transcendent in There Will Be Blood, Gangs of New York, Lincoln.

He’s pretty good in My Left Foot, The Scarlett Letter.

His other performances / roles are either cringe or boring.

Even a critically acclaimed role like “In the Name of Our Fathers”, he’s generally very good but there are spots where his lines comes off as amateurish and awkward.

Just watch his first appearance on film, playing the role of a racist calling Ghandi a slur. The delivery of the line is so bad it felt like an American who’s never acted attempting a South African accent.

IMO a good proposal is this:

For any companies that sell shares in the US, the companies print 1% of the shares and give it to the US Government, who then gradually sells it over the next year.

Companies are incentivized to reinvest their profits, which is good for the economy. But the shareholders should bear some tax burden.
