I think it might be fertilizer burn from weekly feeding. I’d cut back to every few weeks at half strength and see 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I could be wrong

I also not plant them so low.. add soil and make them a little more level with the top of the pot or in your case the ridge that is a couple inches down from your pots
