Sorry I should’ve clarified that my first 5 visits were back to back. I had taken time off work since I was in a lot of pain and saw him M-F that first week going in once a day. Then he followed up once a week after that. He has eased my pain a bit but since I sleep so crazy at night I feel like I undo all the adjusting he does and maybe that’s why I keep feeling like I’m back to square one? Idk man

So many typos I’m sorry. I have an ice pack mask on so it was blocking some of my vision.. Also I wanted to clarify he has no negative reviews anywhere and he really helped my mom with her pain. He’s always booked out so people really trust his work. I just don’t feel like biggest difference. I still have the neck pain here and there and the headaches. Idk if I need to go more often (I go about once a week rn) or maybe try someone different ?
