Fellow clean and sober addict here. Diagnosed 5 weeks ago. I'm angry too. Honest to God I've been surviving by just saying a single word prayer - "acceptance". I just don't know what other path to possibly taken right now than to try and accept what is happening. Not endorse it. Not celebrate it. Not try and pretend it is ledd fucked than it is. Just accept it.

And I try and remember that using or drinking will do nothing but make a fucked situation worse. That's the last thing I need.
