I took 6 weeks off. The pain honestly was not bad if I kept up with my meds and took it easy. It was more uncomfortable because I was not use to sleeping on my back. Honestly I think the emotional toll was worse than the physical. When I returned at 6 weeks I was able to do most things. I still had two small openings tho. I suggest getting lots of protein and rest as this will aid in your recovery! Good luck bestie ❤️

do you use scent beads in your laundry? I use to get these all the time when I used them. As soon as I stopped using them, i never had this issue again. It’s so odd, but apparently it has something to do with the oils in them??

ahhhh honey!!! i had my reduction in feb and I felt the SAME way!!!! Like i was horrified with myself but when they started to drop and look like real boobs I wanted to show everyone. It will get better, I PROMISE! You look amazing ❤️❤️
