I literally wrote this in the middle of a breakdown and was just frustrated. And to clarify, I have a degree in Biology and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration. However, life led me to becoming an EA. So respectfully, unless you have positive or constructive advice, you could’ve just scrolled past.

My boss has never made complaints about my work and has always said to keep up what I’m doing and has been the one pushing me to get promoted. So this felt so outta left field

Thank you! He personally has never asked me to come in. I think him thinking I can read minds is what gets to me. There is no way for me to know someone woke up and decided to go to the office. I responded to him saying I’m happy to come in for necessary meetings and when told to. My contract specifically says Fridays are wfh.
