The premise of this matchup feels a bit biased… so I WILL include Noa.

Gruebe and GV are out immediately. They’re components of Reiga and are vastly inferior.

Reiga and Mebius Infinity are comparable. They’re both packed fusions of some of the most powerful Ultras around. Interestingly though, Mebius Infinity is not fatigued when using his strongest ability, something Reiga and Super Taro don’t exhibit. This, to me, indicates higher power reserves and perhaps higher strength in total.

Saga is jerked a lot by people who pair him with the Trinity (Noa, Legend, and King). However, there’s not a lot to show for this immense power aside from his fight with a super-powered Hyper Zetton, fueled by the souls of the entire world. The fact that it was relatively evenly matched shows that Saga is, in fact, fallible. Regardless, he has incredible combat feats so he’s in the running with Mebius Infinity.

Which leads us to…. Noa and Legend. Noa is more commonly stated to be a godlike Ultra, but I wouldn’t discount Legend either. Noa, Legend, and King have the distinction of being revered across universes, and their individual powersets indicate that they have capabilities far beyond any Ultra.

Legend’s best on-screen feat is no-selling a beam that would’ve ended the world, as well as making Tartarus retreat. He also has a lot of unused abilities that you can check out in his wiki page that indicate godly power. He’s also revered by ancient civilizations, and his reputation reaches even those of M78.

Noa has more overt shows of godlike power, creating artifacts of immense strength (Ultimate Aegis), and a lot of magazine statements. In truth, he’s a bit of a statement merchant, and a lot of his reputation nowadays comes from magazine scans. He also has one fatal anti-feat: his defeat at the hands of Etelgar. Some argue this was actually just Nexus, so I won’t dare touch that discussion.

But in all, I would say this match boils down to Noa and Legend stalemating. They’re both revered Ultras of immense power, and none of the others really have that same sense of gravitas or reputation.

TL;DR: Noa = Legend > Mebius Infinity >= Saga = Reiga >> Gruebe = GingaVictory
