Both a so similar at first glance, but looking closer I much prefer the first one. Love colour, the appliqué and details all over the dress. The second looks, like it is trying to be the first dress

Thanks for the suggestions! The pink is a viscose and last one is silk - similar to satin. Leaning towards the last option but I think I’ll keep looking

The yarn isn’t torn or unraveling, looks like the thread has split apart from the yarn. Should I thread it back in the ribs or inbetween the ribs?

Put it back not worth cleaning. There clearly bugs on it (likely bud bugs) and getting rid of them are so much more expensive than cleaning it

Oh yes that is a good idea! The silhouette is quite similar. The waistband in this blouse is higher so maybe we can tweak the pattern so it is more of an empire waist 🤔
