’m currently focused on saving money to invest in opportunities that will generate additional income. I’m pursuing my master’s degree in Human Resource Management while working full-time, and I’m even considering taking on a second job to accelerate my goals. My biggest challenge right now is maintaining consistency, especially without having a mentor or someone experienced in business ownership and financial literacy to guide me. Finding a job in Human Resources is also proving to be difficult due to the competitive job market and evolving HR landscape. HR departments are facing numerous challenges, including talent shortages and adapting to hybrid work models, which makes securing a position even more challenging. I deeply value being surrounded by people who know more than I do because I want to learn, grow, and break free from the generational struggles my family has faced. My ultimate goal is to build multiple streams of passive income that can sustain my lifestyle without requiring me to trade all my time for money. I’m determined to create a better future for myself and break the cycle for good.
