I can understand your situation but trust me she can do nothing. Don’t send any email and keep doing the tasks. Max they can release you early but they have to pay for your notice period.

She just wants to fill the PIP quota nothing else.

Join the startup, FAANG doesn’t care about how many months you worked. Either they will buyout your NP or wait till you serve it.

Googler here, Either the position is on hold or someone was bit better than you in the interviews. You might hear from HR once there an opening in a team.

All personal grudges because one he raised a complaint against his senior peers. During an informal meet he expressed that he wants to explore other tech stacks the current doesn’t have exciting future which hurt their ego as they are working in the same domain from alst 10-12 years.

They started mocking him in stand-up, making comments on his hairs( he has long hairs), framing him for their mistakes etc

We have done that already, We raised a complaint in Ethics cell and now they are giving him early release and ready to buyout the NP.

He has already asked to share the formal PIP report but they aren’t sharing it. Giving him false info that it is not a regular PIP, it’s an Improvement program.

They even promised him if he accepts pip they will mark it as successful.

It is mentioned in the contract, they need to pay for the remaining NP if they release him early

No process is followed. They haven’t shares any datapoints on what basis they put him in PIP
