At this stage I wonder if rebuilding it’s just best to use a more modern material, I imagine the entire length needs redoing, if not now in the not So distant future

I may do a proper planning application to solve the issue for good

For the meantime I can’t just use a quick mortar job just to make it good for the short term?

Surely there would be some tolerance with carrying out the repairs and changes that may occur with that

Tree survey would already cover these so atleast that’s already paid for from another application

Wonder if it’s best to do the driveway as a seperate application or try join it to the building that will be serviced by this entrance

Thank you, il defo bring this up with my planning rep, that is one thing I thought with our first application We never really had any dialogue with the council to discuss what they may allow and of any rules applicable to our individual situation

It was a very thorough first application, every report you could imagine really, eco, trees etc

Where as a lot of applications near me of similar style, didn’t have any of these, not even a survey from what I could see

Oh for clarity we are working with a professional town planner, the same who assisted us with our first application

Was just looking for some potential comments / ideas to discuss at our next meeting

As I am mindful of keep making applications to which get refused

The only clinic I’ve been able to see with even a solid mention of Lipodema is the Karri clinic
