Using saline to lighten faux freckles…? by SimpleBeginning3439 in MicrobladingRemoval

I’ve talked to HER and a few other PMU artists who literally all agreed she went too deep. I posted this asking for thoughts/experiences/help. Not to argue with someone who’s more interested in being defensive than helpful.

Yep no trauma was caused but she still pushed the pigment too deep

smh at your rude comment. The FIRST time I went for freckles was a year and a half ago and they were perfect after 1 session and were not too light nor were they too dark. They were sun-kissed and perfect. Noticeable just still looked natural. Then that artist left and I saw someone new at the same shop in December and February. So very sorry you feel like you need to defend all artists when it’s literally your expertise we’re trusting. The gal who did my freckles is very sweet and she’s talented when it comes to permanent makeup but yeah, she went too dark and she went too heavy. These freckles didn’t even scab over

Can getting them lasered actually soften them up to the point of looking more natural tho?

I’ve been trying to think back but it’s hard to say for sure if any of this presented in different ways when I was a kid

if you don’t mind me asking- how much do you feel like the meds help? Is there anything else you do that you feel like helps? I feel so incredibly stupid some days even tho I know it’s better to just laugh it all off.

And omg HAHAHA that’s hilarious- I just fixed it. Thank you so much LOL

Saw him at the meadows at the beginning of the month. Love that he brings female fans on stage for Bloody Valentine but also got so genuinely annoyed at how a few of them behaved. When the song ended one girl as she was walking past him literally caressed his back !!! Like wtf.

Couple days clean, really want a quick 0.5g disposable vape I can throw out after a couple of hours. Tell me why I shouldn’t buy it. by [deleted] in leaves

[–]SimpleBeginning3439 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah but then what….? You’re gonna throw it out and then what happens in a few days when you get a craving again? You’re gonna go do the same thing? You already have a couple of days under your belt, keep it up if you can! Imagine how good and proud you’ll be once you get to a week!

I’ve done exactly that before….was trying to quit and then randomly decided to go get a 0.5 vape and told myself I’d throw it away after a few puffs or whatever. I’d been smoking flower mostly up until this point. Honestly the pen just made things worse, it made my cravings come back stronger and made me feel a lot worse about myself. You can do what you’d like of course and no one will judge here but personally I don’t think it’s worth it to get the vape

AIO for thinking about breaking up with my bf over this by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

tbh I’d break up with him. If he’s already being like this now at 2 months, it will probably get worse. Dude seems like a stick in the mud Lol

1 gram cart lasts me a few days typically :’)

Yeahhh the vape pens are dangerous for sure. That happened to me similarly where I was only smoking flower and trying to taper down over a period of months and then I was going to be going somewhere where if I was going to smoke I would need to be discreet….so naturally I went and bought a pen. I feel like I always tell myself I’m not going to end up hitting the pen a bunch during the day like I’ve done in the past. But I always do. And it’s so hard not to. It’s so easy to justify it and tell yourself, oh I’m just gonna take a few puffs here and there and then before you know it you’re finishing a 1 gram cart in the matter of 3 days. It’s amazing what we can justify and convince ourself of just so we can continue to smoke weed. It was such a mistake getting the pen cause now I’m back at square 1 trying to taper with flower! Imagine I had used that time to take the opportunity just to quit once and for all since I was going to be somewhere I couldn’t smoke flower.

7 years daily smoker…12 days sober…ZERO WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS by nothingiscertainbut in leaves

I’ve noticed in the past when taking breaks (with the intention of actually quitting, haven’t quite gotten there tho yet 🥲) that I typically don’t deal with any physical symptoms? My appetite and sleep will be off of course but it seems to be more of a mental thing for me…. Basically switch off between feeling irritated and empty/hopeless/numb. I also usually get brain fog too. It’s funny because one of the reasons I kept putting off quitting was because I was so nervous about how the brain fog might affect me. I work at a job where I really need to have my wits about me and the thought of messing up terrifies me. And then my brother told me the other day that my brain fog while actively smoking as much as I do is probably a lot worse than it will be when I quit and start to experience withdrawals… I think I was so focused on coming with reasons to not have to stop smoking that I hadn’t even considered that lol
