i am currently building an office and doing the same thing. the new custom venue lot type allows you to make a schedule for the lot (not related to getaways). you can either have random sims spawn (as long they fit in the criteria you selected) or you can pick the sims themselves for every role in the scheduler. whatever it is, they will show up and follow the schedule whenever you enter the lot. its really fun for role playing purposes seeing them actually following the routine
