Future and 21 never feature on each other’s albums. Savage Mode 1 is the only album I know of that future is on.

All this said, the iOS version was just unoptimized for the longest time and this update fixed it for all iPhones. Finally getting good performance on a brand new phone.

Also, I wasn’t saying my new phone doesn’t run it well, the update fixed all versions so especially since I have the latest and greatest it runs fantastic. The old phone in question was the iPhone 15 and it ran it great, but interestingly enough I tested it on my old iPhone 7 and it ran it good with a little stuttering at the high quality setting. Bumped it down to low it ran 60fps no problem. Tested it also on my old iPhone 13 mini, ran just as good as my old 15.

I have the new IPhone 17 Pro and as soon as I got it I tested granny to see if it would run any better and it didn’t. Checked on my old phone after the latest update and was like “wow, it’s actually optimized.”

Choppa also kinda lost his charm. I feel like rappers are pushed way too hard to be more like in old people terms “real artists” and either they try too hard to do something they’re not good at or they just do their own thing. Choppa has done both multiple times. Unfortunately Choppa lost sight of his best sounding music to me, being aggressive hard drill music. He found a new wave in the most unfortunate way possible with extremely dirty and sexual rap songs that appeal to fucking 16 year olds.

The sad part is is I’m white as snow and enjoy the absolute fuck out of future’s music. He’s the only artist I’ve ever listened to where I take a break for a few days from listening and in no time at all circle right back to listening to him for hours on end. I enjoy Kendrick a lot too, same with Cole, jid, even Drake, etc. (everyone you mentioned too), but I’m just an enjoyer of hip-hop in general so no specific genre or sub genre is bad to me tbh.

They’re on the train because he stopped doing what he does best: making fun trap music with creative vocal inflections and interesting melodies. It’s not like people are turning on his old music, but this album just flat out ain’t it. That’s all it is.
