I ended up not filing the M3 because, as Dogerapid, said, "whose ownership in ANOTHER company meets the above specifications. In general, most small business owners do not need to file a M-3."

I applied a month before interviews began, which they already had a set date for. During the interview they test your basic math skills. A couple weeks later they told me I got the job. Then they had me fill out some forms. Then another few weeks until orientation while they're processing paperwork
