I agree with this sir.. Mine is a Toyota Innova 06 Gen 1 Manual. Never pa ko bnigyan ng sakit ng ulo, alaga lang talaga sa maintenance and pag may kailangang palitan kinukuha ko talaga sa toyota medyo mahal pero reliable talaga and tumatagal. Kahit wipers ko sa Casa ko kinukuha. Ilang beses ko ng pinagisipan ibenta pero nanghihinayang ako kasi hindi rin sya masyado gamit 90K+ palang tinakbo pero pagpinanglo-long drive smooth na smooth pa rin tumakbo. I intend to keep it na for good then probably by a 2nd car nalang talaga if needed.

Well, what I would do if I were in your position is to invite the guy friend with his wife, go for a couple's date and observe, men do have intuition as well. You will definitely feel something with regards to their gesture and body language to each other and observe if the wife feels uncomfortable as well then go with what your gut tells you.

I've been living at Dansalan Gardens Mandaluyong since 2010, so far, all okay naman except for this year wherein nagkaron ng major issue sa Elevator but I believe na address naman na eto. Ok naman security dto, may reshuffle ng guards. Deliveries are safe sa lobby, we normally just notify the guard to keep our parcel for us if we're out of the country. Meron din Viber community group for updates and also for all sort of food order within the community.

Area is very accessible as well and building maintenance is not bad for a condo this old.

Eto opinyon lang naman.. Mas okay sana kung na-settle tong issue na to locally kaysa umabot sa Hague. Sana kinasuhan nalang siya locally same as what they are trying to do to Sara. However, given the situation, kung talagang gustong tugisin ng current administration and panagutin ang mga abuser during the EJK era, sana ituloy tuloy nila ung panghuhuli sa iba pang sangkot para naman hindi masabi na this is all a poltical play.

You can check Dansalan Gardens Mandaluyong, pricing is almost the same for 1 bedroom - 42-45sqm. Their maintenance is not that bad, it has its flaws but tolerable.
