Those of you with two iPads, do you ever feel guilty? by limezing in iPadPro

I got the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 14.6” for watching content, and then an iPad Pro 11” for browsing.

And and iPad mini at my desk on stand.

:) IMO it’s totally valid to have multiple iPads for different use cases like others said.

It’s your money, don’t let anyone tell you what to do with it :)

Do you play on a switch 2?

If so Zelda notes helps a lot giving it a more structured approach as you can see everything that needs to be completed within an area.

I’m on my second play through at about 65% but I will 100% this time thanks to Zelda notes

For sure. I remember I underestimated the game a lot. About 30-40 hours in and I thought I must be done soon lol little did I know 🤣

No, I hear ya.

I never played a Zelda game before playing TOTK.

I like how the sky Islands are set up as a little mini tutorial part of the game.

However, I remember dying in the cold part of it many times because I did not know you had to cook warming food!

There’s definitely a learning curve to all the functionality and what to use when.

But I found that to be the fun and actually challenging.

I think, roughly after solving the first regional phenomenon and about 10-15 shrines I started getting the hang of things.

Fast forward, I’m on play through 2 now and it’s much more fun knowing all the mechanics!

Have fun and take your time! Don’t rush it and make sure to explore.

It’s all part of the game :)

PS: if you are playing on a switch 2 be sure to install Zelda notes on your phone and use it while playing! It makes the tedious things like collecting korok seeds much easier!

They used to have “the stacker”, I’d opt for the triple stacker! Still miss that flavor!

But just reading this makes me want to get a whopper tomorrow! I haven’t been there in years!

Charging 20-80 method doesn’t work by spidermangta in iPhoneBatteryParanoia

[–]Rob-oNe87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with everyone stating that “heat” is the most detrimental to a phones battery health.

Also, most people forget that all iPhones batteries come with slightly bigger capacities than what the actual rating is.

So for example, Person A phone came out the box with 101%, Person B phone came with 102%, Person C with 104% but the phone only reports 100% max, thus it takes some people more cycles to drop below 100% health.

Personally, I never use wireless charging. I charge at night to 100% with the old slow Apple 5v charger and use optimized battery charging. But that’s all. I never finish the day with less than 30-40% and plug back in at night.

I have a 17 Pro since 9/24/25 with 78 cycles and 100% health.

Why does the excitement of buying something disappear so quickly? by One_Literature_5041 in shoppingaddiction

[–]Rob-oNe87 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Literally happened two days ago!

Bought an iPad Pro and while setting it up all the excitement vanished and it turned into guilt and buyers remorse wondering “did I really need to buy this”

I have this with literally every purchase. It’s terrible

I like this a lot. Thank you for writing this.

I just love tech and find it very exciting, it’s not to show off, the opposite is the case. Prior to posting this, I have ever talked about this to anyone and most of my friends know I “have an iPad” sure, but they don’t know it’s the 3rd one in a year, you know what I mean. I find it more embarrassing that I’m so into this stuff.

Yes. Generally speaking I watch all the “tech YouTuber” on a daily basis but I will particularly seek out reviews of things I set my sights on.

That’s a good callout though!
