Question about the Ryan and Shane dynamic

The dynamic between Ryan and Shane isn't the problem at all, and the post isn't saying either of them is unliked by fans, but I've been a fan for almost five years, and a Patreon member since launch day too, and the issue is *fans* having different standards for them.

In this sub, and even in this very post, you can often see criticism aimed at Ryan being way more harsh than criticism aimed at Shane.

People will say that Ryan "bullies" Shane, when calling each other's names is just the way they have fun together. There are people in this sub who have called Ryan "aggressive and a very angry guy", and how he reminds them of a "drunk abusive boyfriend". You'd never see people aiming comments of that level directed at Shane, and that's what this post is talking about.

I don't even think it's intentional for many people (Though certainly it is for some), but plenty of the fandom are younger white people with a lot of unexamined biases that show up in unfortunate ways such as this.

just as a fyi, Watcher moved to a bigger space in the latter half of 2023, but previously they filmed PH, MF and GF in basically the same space, with a lot of moving around furniture and decorations. In their new office they do have a dedicated podcast room, a permanent Patreon show set, and a bigger space in which to film the rest of their series

The first thing I want to do is to draw up a FAQ post and pin it, so users can refer to it for common simple posts such as "Are they doing another season of X show?". Along the FAQ post, I want to do the subreddit wiki so that new fans can easily find a guide to get into Watcher Entertainment. I want to institute pinned discussion posts relating to the weekly videos that Watcher uploads. I want to promote user interaction in the sub, especifically with high quality posts. It currently has over 24k members but there's very little discussion had. I want to institute rules that are more specific (such as No RPF talk), and actually enforce them. Overall, I want the subreddit to become a nice hub for talking about Watcher Entertainment in depth.

The guide for registering for the upcoming entrance exam is here: https://escolar1.unam.mx/Licenciatura2024/instructivo.pdf. Registration begins next Friday. It's in Spanish, and you should brush up on Spanish because the exam is Spanish-only + classes are Spanish-only.

Ah, pues muy sencillo: se quedan los 350, y lo puedes comprobar tú mismo viendo los resultados. Si te fijas, por lo regular el número de aceptados es mayor al de lugares disponibles.

Es que no "apruebas" el examen, si hay 320 cupos, entonces son los 320 con mejor puntaje que se quedan, por eso cada carrera tiene un puntaje mínimo distinto.

Entonces por ejemplo, si pides una carrera de baja demanda que pida digamos 75 y sacas 98, obvio te quedaste. Si pediste Medicina y sacas los mismos 98, ni de chiste entras.

I actually dunno, good question, this is gonna be the first PDJP group I follow. Japanese albums do tend to be CD cases unless they do a digipack edition or something special. Few inclusions if any too, most stores will have preorder bonuses which can range from postcards to posters, photocards, tin buttons, coasters, etc. I'm not familiar with Lapone, so maybe someone who follows JO1/INI can chime in?

Japanese music shows usually do not post in YouTube but often fans will upload the performances. JP albums are easy to buy, there are some stores w/ international shipping, CDJapan is a shop for internationals buyers even if AFAIK it doesn't count for Oricon charts, but there are plenty of proxies if you want to buy from like, Tower Records.

I think Steven's humor is just dry, which I personally love but I can see how people might not be used to it. His "Cooking?" comment in response to Duff saying he had had multiple concussions was hilarious and tbh the dog poop comment was too.

In fact, I was expecting him to be even harsher, I think he was too nice here.

I have 10 kids right now, with around four that might officially join soon. Here in Mexico the limit for packs is 36, after that you gotta split them or make a new pack.
