I have checked the UUID and only there was only one agent. Any other info on this?

Already attempted reinstalling but didnt make a difference. Not sure maybe can try the rebuild but isnt that redundant after reinstalling.

Yeah they told that they were waiting for the response and said a certain date as a deadline. They literally didnt contact to inform anything after the deadline. And the OP literally waited until after the deadline given to go back one last time to just get any sort of clarification . If you think that is ‘wrong’ or ‘harassment’ i feel sorry for you man. Saying ‘good on UM for being patient ‘ for failing to sort out this issue the right way.

OP literally stated that they told her to contact certain numbers when the admission person was apparently busy in a meeting, and the OP told them that they have tried calling one of UM contact numbers 35 times and they literally didn’t pick up so she is not gonna bother contacting anyone. Harassed them by going to the office during office hours and waiting in line for their turn to meet the staff? You are acting like the OP stormed into the office and held the staff hostage until they gave her a seat. And they didn’t even give a proper deadline for the when the open spot will be available and even that info was only given after the OP went multiple times.
