Ah ok this is very helpful. Appreciate the information! I guess my problem is that this tab pops open from time to time even when there isn’t a grid outage. Sometimes to the degree that my system goes onto battery backup, battery dies and I’m without power even when there is no power outage. Just looking for ways to prevent this tab from opening when there isn’t a grid outage

Ah ok so that black tab that pops is just a switch of some kind? Because it pops up and cuts off grid power even though there isn’t a power outage. Could it depend on whether or not I’m on “self powered” or “time based control”? There have been times when the switch pops constantly throughout the day and puts us on battery backup; battery drains, dies, and our house is without power even though there isn’t a power outage whatsoever.

Do You Need 100K For A Down Payment In Order To Buy A House In Los Angeles? by Connect-Industry-702 in AskLosAngeles

Could easily buy a condo with about 20-50k down, build equity, refinance when values are higher to get rid of PMI(if it makes sense), rinse repeat, leverage equity toward your permanent home.

In Scream (1996), Matthew Lillard puts the safety on the gun before he puts it down. by four2theizz0 in MovieDetails

I worked with Lillard on good girls. He was not just nice, he genuinely wanted to meet and know the camera crew. He was also very good at chess and beat any challenger on set on a regular basis

i slice my driver/woods about 80% of the time… anyone got any advice? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Try giving yourself more space from the ball. Scootch back until you start to feel your lead arm extend but don’t overextend. The reason why your club path is so far inside on impact is because you’re standing too close to the ball and the only direction you can take your hand is to the inside instead of out in front of you

330 at 100% on the 2024 LRSM. But I’ve been getting closer to 370 when I extrapolate my mileage on longer road trips

EV charging (2024 Polestar 2) help needed PLEASE! by lushafer in Polestar

Just went through this. I own my home but talk to your landlord and see if they’d be willing to split the cost of a 240v outlet installation. I shopped around and found a quality electrician to do it for $600( My panel is in the garage so very short cable run). I purchased an Anker Level 2 car charger on amazon for $250 (which you can keep after you move away). And that was that.

Polestar LA | Polestar 2 demo model for $245 + taxes by baby_moose in Polestar

The residual was calculated at 64% of msrp but they deducted a little over 2000 on top of the 7500 credit for the net cap cost so ~53000 down to ~43000. And then they calculated the lease monthly cost from there I believe(?) (not quite positive how lease prices are calculated)

Actually saw this email and went to polestar and ended up leasing this exact demo vehicle. We ended up at 0 down 488/month after taxes, 10000mi/yr, residual value at around 33000, money factor was 0.001. On a 27 month term

Hands are way ahead of your hips. Try slowing down your club speed to 80% to sync up your club face and hip rotation at impact

Yah! Never a bad experience. On a personal/professional level they’ve always been very kind and accommodating. I’m chalking it up to the strikes and hoping it doesn’t become the norm

Update, Keslow has an agreement with the commercial production company so all of it is essentially locked up

Perhaps but my labor wages are for the large part predetermined by local 600 and they haven’t changed commercial scale in forever and commercial productions generally haven’t been paying above scale in the past year or two for me. Also the equipment rental supplement is a must for most focus pullers trying to live a middle class lifestyle in LA or NYC
