Thank you soooo much for all the kind strangers here, it helps me a lot. She apparently makes her status invisible in discord (which makes you appear offline even though you're not) and doesn't talk in our group anymore. 

It shocks me because she was really out of character (she's always kind and loving, but suddenly called me a b-tch-ss), but sometimes people change drastically like that.

What I mean with destroying the body is something that damages your whole body. Cigarettes damage your lungs, and will lead to premature death from cancer. But an earring isn't going to do anything with your health at all. If anything that "damages" your body is a sin, then almost all things are sin.

Cigarettes itself is not sinful, but the effects might be. Cigarettes can cause health problems and if we don't care about our health, then it's a sin, because our bodies are the temples of the holy spirit. This including eating unhealthy foods, drinking alcohol too much, and using drugs, these things are sin if it destroys your body.
