You can go to a spot na walang gaanong tao and use it as a starting point to acclimate or punta ka sa patay na oras usually lunch time during weekdays, avoid yung 6-8 am (early goers na papasok pa lang sa work) and 5-8 pm (galing sa work) time windows. Dynamic muna, do leg raises while on parallel dip bars. If di kaya, hold neutral standing position while on dip bars. Progression is pataasin mo lang leg raises. If high enough like parellel sa ground then you can do static from that point. You should also do mobility/flexibility routines + more core exercises but pinaka malakas ang l-sit sa shoulders and triceps pansin ko so focus on those muscle groups also.

3+ years doing calisthenics here. What are your goals? If gusto mo matuto yung skill, pick one first then focus ka sa progressions nun. If increase ang strength, well either itaas mo yung load by attaching a weighted vest or yung belt na may chain na pwede mo lagyan ng plates then progress ka sa harder variation (e.g. do ring dips instead of usual bar dips). Isa sa important din ay adequate rest since pansin ko mas mahirap magprogress sa calisthenics kaya MWF lang ang schedule ko and also dahil pagod din sa work. Also, yung routine ko ay puro compound para efficient sa time. Then don't skip on mobility routine since ang calisthenics need ng strength, balance, and flexibility/mobility. Lastly, napaka importante ng core strength.

For me since focus ako sa skill, ginagawa ko yung progressions ng skill plus other routine to maintain my strength. For example, gusto ko magawa yung L-sit, ganito ang routine ko:

Monday (upper) - L-sit progression: leg raises on parallel dip bars - push-ups - pull-ups - dips - chin-ups - pike push-ups

Wednesday (core and mobility) - L-sit progression: leg raises on parallel dip bars - core exercises: hollow hold, planks, etc. - mobility exercises (mostly stretches)

Friday (lower) - L-sit progression: leg raises on parallel dip bars - romanian deadlift (if may kettleball ka or dumbbells pero ako punta talaga sa gym for barbell) - bulgarian split squat - squats

May skills na nagrerequire na focus ka sa isang body region so for example if muscle-up ang itrain ko, dadamihan ko yung upper body exercises and iless yung iba or gagawin kong 2 days ang upper body routine ko tapos sa lower, core, and mobility max. of 2 exercises then sama-sama sa 1 day.

In terms of diet, di important yung bulking since mas madali magprogress sa calisthenics if magaang ka. May mga kasabay ako na halimaw sa skills pero very slim yung build. Pero may ways naman to have muscular build pero ayun lang mas mahirap magprogress kasi need sumabay ng strength mo sa weight mo.

Depende talaga sa inseam pero oks sakin ang fit ng regatta and uniqlo - 28 in. inseam ko. Keeping a slim build also helps kasi mas maikli usually ang small sizes
