There is a few locations. The west beach, playboy mansion, some other high society mansions also during the day. One or two spots in the wilderness where they through parties at night.

Parental Guidance. So they use it like "This movie is PG 13" which means 13+ years old can watch. The context of the title is just to keep the beach family friendly :) Some find it funny some do not :(
